Albéric Augeard

Albéric has over 20 years experience in leadership development and management of transformations. He has worked extensively in Europe as well as in North America and Middle-East, bringing lasting change to many global organisations.

Albéric specializes in collaborative processes – processes that help teams and entire organisations to find new solutions to their challenges.

A master in the art of hosting, he creates spaces for meaningful dialogue and helps teams and individuals to harness their creative potential.

Techniques for critical and creative thinking are an important element in this process. “Business and personal success depends on the ability to reframe challenges into opportunities,” says Albéric. “This again depends on the ability of people to see things from different perspectives.”

Visualisation is one of the many techniques that Albéric employs to harness the individual and collective energy in organisations.

Everybody has this potential and Albéric knows how to unleash it. He draws on tools and models from psychology, business and education, combining them with creative media such as visualization.

No design without delivery

“People enjoy working in new dynamic ways”, he says. “They enjoy finding solutions as opposed to having solutions prescribed to them. I introduce participatory processes but they are very different from a soft consensus. Meaningful change is about new heights, not about low common denominators. My approach is challenging. People work hard.”

Lasting change is always the objective. Albéric pairs creative design with reliable implementation and makes sure that all potential barriers of success – human, organisational, procedural – are addressed.

Offering his services in French and English, he holds three degrees:

An Engineering degree in Computer Science (Polytech’Montpellier, France), a Masters degree in Audit & Consulting (ESCP Europe Business School, Paris, France) and a second masters degree in Organizational Design & Effectiveness from the Fielding Graduate University (USA).

Albéric works across a wide range of sectors, including bio-pharmaceutical, engineering, oil & gas, finance & insurance, aerospace, transportation, construction, chemicals, telecoms, food, logistics industries as well as the public sector.

Previously, he was programme manager for change and quality at Pfizer Europe and a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand in Paris.

Albéric’s recent clients include Bombardier Transportation and Michelin.
